Celiko line of gelling agents is a response to the needs of modern households wishing to preserve traditional methods of making homemade desserts and preserves.

Pectin – a gelling agent that occurs naturally in fruits. Thanks to its gelling and binding properties in an acidic environment, it is very often used in the production of fruit and fruit-vegetable preserves, i.e. jams, jellies, preserves or marmalades. Gluten-free product.

GELLING AGENTS

Dżemofix – a product useful when preparing jams and preserves at home, based on natural pectin. Its use allows you to make preserves with lower sugar content. Prevents mold. Gluten-free product available in two variants: 2:1 and 3:1.
