POWER BALLS
INGREDIENTS
- 1 package Celiko Brownie Cake concentrate 300 g
- 1 egg
- 100 ml oil
- 35 ml water
- to decorate: coconut shavings, freeze-dried fruits, cocoa
STEP 1
Mix the brownie batter concentrate thoroughly with egg, oil and water. Pour the batter into a baking pan and bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C. After removing from the oven, cool the cake thoroughly.
STEP 2
Crumble the brownie into small pieces with a fork. Pour the crumbs into a bowl, pour in 2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil and mix. Form balls 2-3 cm in diameter. If the dough is not sticky enough, add milk or water.
STEP 3
Roll the formed balls in coconut shavings, cocoa and freeze-dried fruits.
