Jellies with agar from Celiko thicken quickly, are great for desserts, cakes and gels, and are gluten-free products. In their composition they contain isomaltulose, which is a carbohydrate with a less sweet taste than traditional sugar. It is completely digested and assimilated. It provides energy in the form of glucose for a longer period of time. It is not broken down by bacteria in the mouth, so it promotes proper mineralization of teeth.
